Role Description The Technical Consultant role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Prayagraj, with flexibility for some work-from-home. The Technical Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their supply chain and logistics processes, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and support implementation of Autoplant’s IoT-based logistics platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting technical and functional assessments, providing hands-on technical support, performing system configuration, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with internal product and engineering teams to resolve client concerns. The role involves preparing documentation, training end users, assisting in solution demos, and supporting pre- and post-sales activities to ensure successful adoption and continuous improvement of client operations. The Technical Consultant will collaborate across cross-functional teams to maintain high service quality, optimize platform performance, and contribute to ongoing enhancements of Autoplant’s solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, diagnose process and system issues, and recommend practical solutions.
- Consulting capabilities, including client-facing communication, requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management.
- Technical support and troubleshooting skills to handle configuration, integration, and incident resolution in software or IoT environments.
- Sales support experience, such as assisting with demos, proof-of-concept deployments, and technical inputs for proposals.
- Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or related domains is preferred.
- Familiarity with IoT platforms, enterprise software, or cloud-based SaaS solutions is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Prayagraj, manage multiple assignments, and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
