Role Overview
We are looking for a Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant with 6–8 years of experience who can effectively bridge business requirements with technical Salesforce solutions. This role requires strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, along with the ability to design scalable solutions, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
This is an ideal role for someone who combines functional consulting capabilities with hands-on technical expertise to deliver impactful Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Design and implement business solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Configure and customize Salesforce using Flows, Validation Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, and automation tools.
- Develop and customize solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL where required.
- Work on end-to-end Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Salesforce admins, and development teams.
- Define solution architecture, data models, and system design approaches.
- Support UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live activities.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 6–8 years of Salesforce experience with multiple full lifecycle implementations.
- Strong functional expertise in Lead-to-Cash processes and Case Management / Service processes.
- Proven experience in requirement gathering, user story creation, process documentation, and business analysis.
- Hands-on technical expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce automation tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model (CRUD, FLS, Sharing Rules).
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations.
- Familiarity with Named Credentials, external integrations, and deployment best practices.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Git-based deployment processes.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Experience Cloud (LWC/LWR).
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Salesforce certifications such as:
- Salesforce Administrator
- Platform Developer I
- Sales Cloud Consultant
- Service Cloud Consultant
- Knowledge of advanced Salesforce architecture practices.
Must-Have Skills:
