The Role

Technical Consultants who are passionate about AI and eager to make a meaningful impact. In this role, you will work closely with enterprise customers to implement and customize the Moveworks platform, delivering AI-powered solutions that transform employee experiences.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Consultant:

• You will learn the ins-and-outs of the Moveworks platform (on-the-job training)
• Work on new Moveworks implementations for customers (greenfield projects)
• Build AI agents on the Moveworks platform, which typically includes API based integration
• Utilise your software development skills to help enhance 89 Solutions product portfolio
• Work closely with international colleagues and customers
• Have fun along the way!

Qualifications

• Required Experience – Graduate to 3 years
• Bachelor's or Masters in Computer Science or similar areas
• Excellent back-end software development experience in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, Golang)
• Experience with APIs and integrations -
• Understanding of API technologies (REST, SOAP) and authentication mechanisms (e.g. OAuth2, JWT)
• Understanding of JSON & XML
• Experience using API tools like Postman or Insomnia
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Good technical documentation skills
• Analytical thinker and good problem-solving skills
• General understanding of AI technologies and terminologies

Bonus Points

• Prior experience working in a consulting or professional services company
• Development experience on at least one cloud platform – AWS, Azure, Google Cloud (GCP)
• Experience building integrations with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP suite, Coupa, Ariba, Oracle etc.
• Open-source software contributions or personal/hobby software projects
