Technical Co-Founder (Founding Engineer – AI & Full-Stack)About Pakkawork
Pakkawork is building an AI-powered Business Operating System for freelancers, consultants, agencies, and independent professionals.
Today's freelancers use many disconnected tools for CRM, proposals, contracts, project management, invoicing, payments, calendars, notes, analytics, and AI assistants. Pakkawork unifies these into a single intelligent platform that manages the entire business lifecycle—from the first client inquiry to final payment and business insights.
Our long-term vision is to build the operating system that professionals rely on every day to run and grow their business.
Current Stage
The core product is already well underway.
Major operational modules have been implemented, including:
- CRM (Leads & Clients)
- Projects & Milestones
- Proposal Generation
- Contract Management
- Invoicing

We're now focused on completing the remaining product modules, preparing the platform for production, and scaling toward launch.
Who I'm Looking For
I'm looking for a true Technical Co-Founder, not a contractor or short-term employee.
You should be someone who enjoys building products from first principles, values clean architecture, and wants to create a long-term software company.
You'll be involved in:

This role requires ownership, initiative, and a builder's mindset.

Experience with SaaS products, AI systems, distributed architectures, or workflow automation is highly valued.

This is a founding position where you'll have significant influence over both technical and product decisions.
Compensation
This is a Technical Co-Founder opportunity.
