Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Co-Founder - Customer Experience Platform, based in Thiruvananthapuram. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the technical vision and development of a cutting-edge customer experience platform. Key responsibilities include overseeing system architecture, managing technical teams, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, driving product innovation, and ensuring seamless cloud integration. The candidate will also contribute to business strategy and directly support sales and marketing initiatives to foster growth and scalability.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in data-driven decision-making
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to convey technical ideas to non-technical audiences
- Knowledge and experience in Sales and Marketing strategies relevant to cloud platforms and SaaS solutions
- Proficiency in conducting Research to identify emerging technologies and market trends
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead technical and cross-functional teams
- Background in cloud technology platforms such as AWS, GCP, Microsoft, or Oracle is highly beneficial
- Experience in product development, specifically in customer experience or SaaS platforms
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
