Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) based in India. The CTO will lead the development and execution of the technology strategy, align it with the company’s vision, and oversee all technical aspects of the platform. Key responsibilities include managing product design, development, and deployment, building scalable technological frameworks, and mentoring an agile tech team. The role also demands collaboration with the business team to drive innovation, optimize user experience, ensure platform security, and support strategic business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for platform performance evaluation, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making
- Effective Communication skills to articulate technical concepts and collaborate with non-technical teams
- Proficiency in Marketing and Sales to align technology solutions with business strategies and customer engagement
- Proven ability to conduct Research to remain updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Extensive experience in software development, system design, and deployment in a scalable environment
- Leadership and team management experience to guide and mentor a high-performing technical team
- Passion for health, wellness, and technology-driven innovation
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
