What We''''re Looking For:
- Ex-founder from Bangalore with 5-6 years of software engineering experience who is ready for their next big venture
- Someone who has attempted entrepreneurship before and is eager to go bigger this time – we want to give founders who couldn''''t scale their first venture a chance to build something massive
- A product visionary who can lead the entire product development without requiring a Product Manager – you''''ll own product strategy, roadmap, and execution
- Background of working at product companies, ideally with 0 to 1 journey experience
- A graduate of a leading engineering institution in India or internationally
- Exceptional ability to translate product vision into technical architecture and customer value
- Experience building scalable systems and leading technical teams
- Passion for solving complex user problems with elegant, intuitive solutions
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguity, rapid iteration, and ownership mentality
What You''''ll Do:
- Own the entire product from concept to customer – no PM needed, you are the product leader
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on deep customer understanding
- Make all technical and architectural decisions that will shape the product''''s foundation
- Build and scale the engineering team as we grow
- Work directly with customers to understand pain points and validate solutions
- Drive product development from initial concept through production deployment
- Shape company culture, technical excellence, and product-driven values
