About FitOmg
We are gearing up for the official public launch of FitOmg on August 20, 2026. With approximately 80% of our codebase already built, we are bringing on an elite, hands-on Technical Co-Founder with 4+ years of professional experience to debug the existing architecture, finalize our WhatsApp-first product integration, and drive our production release live within a strict 7-day sprint.
Technical Requirements & Stack
Experience: 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
Backend: Deep mastery of FastAPI (Python) for building high-performance asynchronous microservices and API gateways.
Frontend / App Dev: Proven expertise in Next.js, alongside Flutter or React Native for cross-platform app infrastructure.
Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on production experience with Microsoft Azure (managing API management, cloud functions, and deployment pipelines).
Real-Time Communication: Direct experience implementing WebRTC for low-latency streaming and voice/video features.
The 7-Day Sprint Mission (Deadline: Aug 20)
Codebase Audit: Rapidly review, stress-test, and debug the existing 80% completed codebase.
WhatsApp Integration: Finalize and polish the WhatsApp-first delivery and messaging layer.
Production Deployment: Configure production-grade Azure environments and execute end-to-end testing.
Public Launch: Ship V1 live to the public by August 20, 2026.
Co-Founder Expectations
Availability: Able to start immediately (tomorrow) with full-time, uninterrupted focus over the next 7 days to hit the hard launch deadline.
Skin in the Game: Prepared to invest ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 INR into foundational operational expenses.
Equity & Partnership: Joining as an equal partner in a 3-way co-founder structure with shared
accountability, decision-making, and long-term vision.
