Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Principal ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in CSDM governance, enterprise CMDB architecture, and ITOM transformation. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end platform architecture, establish CMDB data governance standards, and lead ITOM implementations aligned with enterprise operational strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and govern the CSDM framework, ensuring proper service modeling and alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Architect and optimize enterprise CMDB, including identification & reconciliation rules, data quality controls, and CMDB health improvements.
- Lead ITOM strategy and implementation (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, AIOps).
- Enable and integrate ServiceNow Assist / AI capabilities to improve operational efficiency.
- Define architectural standards, ensure upgrade-safe configurations, and maintain platform scalability and performance.
