TaskUs is hiring! We are looking for dynamic, tech-savvy individuals to join our team in Noida as Technical Chat Support Executives. If you thrive in a fast-paced international environment and pride yourself on resolving technical issues with speed and empathy, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to international customers via chat and email channels.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, software glitches, and account queries effectively.
- Manage, track, and close support tickets within specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores by delivering accurate and empathetic solutions.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Technical Chat Support or Email Troubleshooting / Ticket Resolution.
- Education: Both Graduates and Undergraduates are welcome to apply.
- Joining Status: Immediate Joiners only. * Communication: Excellent written English skills with a strong command of grammar, sentence structure, and professional tone.
- Flexibility: Must be completely comfortable working in a 24/7 environment with rotational shifts and night shifts.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong logical thinking and familiarity with basic technical troubleshooting concepts.
