Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and result oriented Technical Business Development - Trainee to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, communicating with potential clients and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong communication skills, a learning mindset and an interest in sales and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Research potential customers and market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Generate leads through calls, emails and LinkedIn
- Communicate with prospective clients to explain company services
- Achieve assigned lead generation, outreach and business development targets
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and support conversion opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long term business engagement
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field (any graduate can apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong aptitude for understanding technical concepts and business solutions
