- Participate in testing activities and support validation of delivered functionality against business intent.
Operational Readiness & Risk Management
- Ensure product requirements address data quality, auditability, operational transparency, and control considerations.
- Contribute to the definition of dashboards, status indicators, and monitoring frameworks that support daily operational validation and issue detection.
- Assist with documentation and communication of field definitions, status meanings, and operational behaviors to reduce ambiguity and risk.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, enhance usability, and improve operational efficiency.
- Support ongoing evolution and maturity of Alpha Index HUB capabilities in alignment with broader Alpha product and platform initiatives.
Experience
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with level determined by role (BA, BA II, Senior BA).

- Hands‑on experience writing and reviewing SQL queries to support data analysis, validation, and issue investigation.
- Working knowledge of running, monitoring, and validating processes in the Charles River Development (CRD) environment, including awareness of upstream/downstream dependencies, batch processing, and operational workflows.
Preferred Domain Knowledge
- Experience with financial services, index, benchmark, or market data platforms.
- Familiarity with large‑scale data pipelines, dashboards, or operational monitoring tools.
- Understanding of data governance, controls, and audit considerations.
Reporting & Alignment
