🔍 Open Positions: Product Definition Analyst (PDA)
Experience : 6 - 9 yrs
Role Summary
As a #ProductDefinitionAnalyst, you will play a key role in shaping digital and technology-enabled products by translating business needs into clear, well-defined product requirements. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to enable high-quality delivery outcomes while ensuring alignment with business objectives, product strategy, and delivery timelines.

Responsibilities:
🔹Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to understand business objectives and translate them into structured product requirements.
🔹Lead requirement elicitation activities including workshops, interviews, and requirement walkthroughs.
🔹Develop and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), Business / Functional Requirement Documents, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
🔹Act as a conduit between business and technology teams, ensuring clarity and traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle
🔹Support Agile delivery by participating in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and ongoing requirement clarification
🔹Perform impact analysis for change requests and support prioritization decisions
🔹Work closely with #UX, development, and #QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented as intended
🔹Support test planning, UAT execution, and defect resolution by providing functional clarifications
🔹Ensure deliverables adhere to PwC quality standards, governance processes, and client expectations
🔹Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, reusable assets, and best practices
🔹5 days work from client premises, flexible to travel for (25 to 30)% in a year.
Experience & Qualifications:
🔹6–9 years of total professional experience, including at least 3 years as a Product Definition Analyst / #BusinessAnalyst
🔹Strong experience across the product development lifecycle in Agile and/or hybrid delivery models
🔹Demonstrated experience in defining functional and non-functional requirements for digital or enterprise products
🔹Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline
Preferred certification - CSPO/PSPO-I/PSPO-II/SAFe POPM in good standing
