Position Overview:
Technical Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience, will leverage his expertise in data analysis and strategic thinking to derive insights and formulate solutions that align seamlessly with our business objectives and meet the unique needs of our valued clients. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, utilizing data insights to drive decision-making and improve business.Should have experience in navigating ambiguity and asking leading questions to extract information effectively, even from reluctant stakeholders. The ideal candidate would possess a blend of BA, project management, and product owner skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including account managers, data analysts, and technical teams, to understand client requirements and goals.
- Design and deliver client presentations and reports that communicate insights, recommendations, and actionable strategies.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of data-driven initiatives, iterating as necessary to drive optimal results.
- current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in data analysis and strategic planning, and apply this knowledge to enhance client solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on data-related matters, including data interpretation, visualization, and storytelling.
- Uphold confidentiality and security standards for client data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and execution of client strategies and initiatives.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, strategic planning, or a similar role, preferably in a marketing or consulting environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and compelling narratives.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Business acumen and a deep understanding of client needs and objectives.
- Experience with nonprofit organizations or fundraising data is a plus.
