🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience
- Understand client business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Manage client queries, issues, and escalations effectively
- Support product demonstrations, UAT, and implementation activities
- Identify opportunities for upselling and product enhancements
🛠️ Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Ability to analyze, document, and translate business requirements
- Basic technical knowledge (APIs, databases, system integrations preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
🎯 Experience:
- 3–7 years in Account Management / Business Analysis / Techno-Functional roles
⭐ Preferred:
- Prior experience in client-facing delivery roles
