Key Responsibilities
- Understand and gather business requirements from stakeholders
- Convert requirements into clear functional and technical documentation
- Create BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flows
- Work closely with developers, QA, and product teams
- Analyze APIs, system integrations, and data flow
- Perform basic data analysis using SQL
- Support testing (UAT), validate outputs, and track defects
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, etc.)
- Ensure requirements are properly implemented and delivered
Required Skills
- Strong experience in business analysis (5+ years)
- Good understanding of APIs, JSON, and system integrations
- Hands-on experience with SQL (basic to intermediate level)
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Postman
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
