Job Responsibilities
- Understand and gather business requirements from stakeholders.
- Convert requirements into clear workflows, user stories, and functional requirements.
- Work closely with UI/UX, Web/Mobile Development, and QA teams.
- Discuss business logic and requirements with developers.
- Coordinate between Business, Development, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage and track the process from requirement gathering → development → QA → deployment.
- Participate in requirement discussions, testing support, and issue clarification.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely delivery of requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering.
- Experience in creating User Stories and Workflows.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, Authentication, API flows, and System Integrations.
- Understanding of basic code flow and application logic.
- Ability to discuss technical logic with Developers and QA teams.
- Knowledge of the Development, Testing, and Deployment Cycle.
- Understanding of Web and Mobile Applications.
- Knowledge of tools like JIRA and Confluence is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
