Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, onsite role in Jaipur for a Technical Business Analyst.
The Technical Business Analyst will work closely with clients, internal teams, and leadership to manage end-to-end project execution — from requirement gathering to delivery. The role involves active participation in client communication, project coordination, and ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
In addition to delivery responsibilities, you will also contribute to business growth by supporting bidding, proposal creation, and requirement analysis for new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and analyze client requirements and translate them into clear technical tasks
- Manage client communication and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with development teams and track progress of deliverables
- Ensure timely delivery with quality standards
- Create and maintain documentation (user stories, BRDs, workflows, etc.)
- Support bidding activities, proposal writing, and requirement understanding for new projects
- Identify risks, gaps, and improvements in project execution
Qualifications & Skills- 1–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst / similar role
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project workflows
- Good knowledge of APIs, web applications, and basic technical concepts
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and take ownership of delivery
- Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar is a plus
- Exposure to bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) is a must
