🚨 Hiring: Techno-Functional Business Analyst – Life Insurance
We are looking for Techno-Functional Business Analysts with strong Life Insurance domain experience for a leading organization.
📍 Experience: 5–10 Years
💰 CTC: Up to ~₹18–19 LPA
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate / 30 Days / Serving Notice / Max 60 Days
Location: Mumbai, Seawoods
🔹 What we're looking for:
• Minimum 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in Life Insurance
• Strong understanding of Life Insurance products & processes
• Experience in Product Implementation / Policy Administration / Underwriting / New Business
• Strong requirement gathering & BRD/BRS/FRS documentation experience
• Understanding of APIs, Web Services & system integrations
• Hands-on knowledge of SQL queries for data validation/analysis
• Good understanding of SDLC, UAT & project delivery
• Experience with Ingenium / Life Asia / McCamish or similar Life Insurance platforms is highly preferred
🎯 Ideal Profile:
Someone who can take a requirement from:
Business Requirement → Functional Solution → Development → UAT → Production
This is not a generic BA role. We are specifically looking for candidates who can bridge the gap between Life Insurance business and technology teams.
