About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive, technically inclined, and detail-oriented Technical Backoffice Operations Executive to join our growing Operations Team.
This role is ideal for graduates who are interested in FinTech, Forex, Trading Platforms, Technical Support, APIs, and Broker Operations.
You will work closely with international Forex brokers, monitor trading infrastructure, support MT5 environments, perform operational health checks, assist in client onboarding, verify KYC documents, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor MT5 servers, CRM systems, bridges, and trading infrastructure during the night shift.
- Perform daily operational and technical health checks for client environments.
- Monitor alerts, incidents, service disruptions, and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with MT5 Administrators, Developers, and Technical Support teams.
- Assist clients with trading account creation, account management, and platform-related requests.
- Review and verify KYC documents as per company procedures.
- Support client onboarding and documentation processes.
- Maintain support tickets, operational logs, and client communication records.
- Generate daily operational reports and MIS reports.
- Escalate critical incidents as per the defined escalation matrix.
- Follow internal SOPs and operational compliance procedures.
- Assist in testing new MT5 plugins, CRM modules, bridges, and platform updates.
- Communicate with international clients through email, ticketing systems, and online meetings when required.
- Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.
Requirements- BE/B.Tech graduates preferred, especially from IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical backgrounds.
- Other graduates/post-graduates with basic trading and Forex knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
- Applicable for 2025 & 2026 pass-outs.
- Basic knowledge of financial markets (Forex, Stock Market, CFDs, Derivatives).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and online platforms.
- Knowledge of C++, Python, SQL, or other programming languages will be considered an added advantage.
- Experience or familiarity with REST APIs, FIX API, WebSocket APIs, or similar technologies will be a plus.
- Basic knowledge of computer networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Ports) is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to learn MT5 Administration, Broker Operations, Liquidity Management, and FinTech infrastructure.
Preferred Skills- Knowledge of MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5).
- Understanding of KYC, AML, and client onboarding processes.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing platforms.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
- Exposure to Linux/Windows Server environments is an advantage.
- Previous experience in technical support, operations, or back-office roles is a plus (not mandatory).
