The Role
We are looking for a
Technical Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to the Managing Director. This role requires a Mechanical Engineering background to effectively translate complex manufacturing data into actionable executive insights and ensure seamless communication between the MD’s office and technical teams.
Core Responsibilities
- Technical Advisory: Review engineering reports, production KPIs, and project timelines to brief the MD.
- Project Oversight: Monitor key manufacturing milestones and R&D projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Executive Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for internal departments and external technical partners.
- Documentation: Prepare high-level technical presentations, board reports, and meeting minutes.
- Action Tracking: Attend strategic meetings and ensure all technical action items are followed through to completion.
Requirements
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 5–7 years specifically within the mechanical manufacturing sector.
- Communication: Excellent command of English (written and verbal); ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in ERP/Excel, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes.
