Location: Indore (Sinhasa IT Park)

Experience: 2+ Year (Engineering / Technical Coordination background preferred)

Instrumentation & Control Solutions is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Senior Management (Projects & Operations). Candidate must have an engineering background (Instrumentation / Electrical / Mechanical / Automation preferred) to understand technical discussions and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of MOM (Minutes of Meeting) - Technical & Management Meetings
• Calendar management & priority scheduling
• Coordination with project, design & site teams
• Client meeting scheduling & visit coordination
• Follow-up on project timelines, reports & documentation
• Assisting VP in technical presentations & internal reviews
• Vendor & stakeholder coordination
  
  

Key Requirements

• Engineering Degree/Diploma (Instrumentation / Electrical / Mechanical preferred)
• Strong communication & documentation skills
• Good understanding of technical terms & project flow
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Highly organized, presentable & professional approach
