We are looking for Civil Engineers and Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with relevant experience in the property valuation field. candidates will be engaged in site inspections, valuation support, and underwriting activities, primarily for assignments involving NBFCs and financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physical inspections of land, buildings, and property assets.
- Collect site data, measurements, photographs, and technical observations.
- Assist in valuation of properties as per IBBI and applicable government guidelines.
- Prepare and support valuation and underwriting reports, including market analysis and risk observations.
- Support underwriting activities through document review and field-level assessment.
- Coordinate with NBFCs, banks, clients, and internal teams for assignment execution.
- Ensure compliance with statutory valuation norms and internal quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection, valuation, and underwriting data.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Civil Engineers: Minimum 1–5 years of experience in the valuation field (experience with NBFCs preferred).
- Diploma Holders (Civil Engineering): Experience in property inspections; exposure to valuation or underwriting is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of construction practices and property assessment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and valuation-related tools.
- Willingness to travel for site inspections across assigned locations.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling valuation assignments for NBFCs, banks, or financial institutions.
- Strong analytical and observation skills.
- Good communication and report-writing ability.
- Ability to work independently and meet timelines.
