Saltech transforms Single-Use Plastics, Construction & Demolition Waste, and Industrial Minerals into sustainable materials such as carbon-negative composite precast products. Role Description
Type: Full-Time/Internship, On-Site, On-Floor, In-Office
Experience Level: Fresher/ Experienced
Location: Zak GIDC, Vahelal, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Salary Range: 2,50,000 INR – 4,50,000 INR per annum (subject to experience and performance)
Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (General Shift)
Work Schedule: 6 working days per week
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CTO for project planning, task allocation, timelines, and status reporting.
- Maintain project trackers, meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track project progress, updates, and deliverables.
- Support certification, compliance, licensing, and regulatory documentation processes.
- Preparing, maintaining, and organizing technical documentation, drawings, reports, and project records.
- Compile technical data for proposals, tenders, and client submissions.
- Facilitate communication between engineering, operations, and management teams.
- Ensure proper version control and document standardization.
Qualifications
- B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) or bachelor's degree in science from a recognized institution.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems, drawings, and engineering documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and documentation tools.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with certification processes (ISO, BIS, CE, or similar standards).
- Experience with project management tools (Microsoft Planner, Trello, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or technical drawing software.
- Ability to multitask and handle cross-functional coordination.

Selection Process
The selection process will comprise three stages:
- HR Round
- Practical/Technical Assessment (Shop-floor Evaluation)
- Final Managerial Round

The candidate will gain exposure to advanced manufacturing operations, production optimization strategies, and quality management practices while working on industrial-scale mechanical systems.
