We are looking for a Technical Architectural Team Leader to join our team in Gurugram. This is an urgent requirement for a dynamic professional who can lead, coordinate, and execute projects with strong technical expertise.
Experience & Qualifications : Minimum 7 years of experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
Prior experience in leading technical or execution teams
Exposure to high-end residential and commercial projects preferred
Location: Gurugram
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 3–4 architects/designers
Handle end-to-end project execution with strong technical oversight
Coordinate effectively with vendors, consultants, and internal teams
Ensure timely delivery and high-quality project output
Resolve on-site and design-level technical challenges
Strong technical knowledge of architecture and building services
Oversee development of detailed construction drawings - GFCs ( Good for Construction) and technical documentation
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to lead projects independently and efficiently
Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities

SketchUp
MS Office
