Role overview
Algoworks is seeking an experienced SFDC Health Cloud Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure and enterprise-grade Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for global healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating complex healthcare business requirements into robust technical architectures while ensuring compliance with healthcare data privacy standards and industry best practices.
This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, healthcare integrations, enterprise architecture and stakeholder management. The candidate will work closely with business leaders, technical teams and international clients to drive successful healthcare transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and oversee end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud implementations for healthcare clients.
- Conduct technical discovery workshops to understand business challenges and solution requirements.
- Translate healthcare and care management requirements into scalable technical architectures.
- Define and manage Health Cloud data models, including patient, provider and care management structures.
- Design integration strategies with external systems such as ERP, EHR, HRMS, labs and billing platforms.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy regulations across all solutions.
- Establish governance standards for development, deployment, code reviews and platform scalability.
- Provide architectural guidance to technical leads, developers and cross-functional teams.
- Evaluate and recommend AppExchange solutions to accelerate project delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership teams to deliver innovative healthcare solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities and healthcare technology trends.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud architecture and implementation.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud core capabilities including Care Plans, Care Programs, Patient and Provider data models.
- Strong experience in Salesforce architecture, integrations and enterprise solution design.
- Expertise in integrating Salesforce Health Cloud with ERP, EHR, HRMS, laboratory and billing systems.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data privacy regulations.
- Experience in technical solutioning, architecture governance and platform optimization.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead client discussions and manage global delivery engagements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Must have skills:
- Salesforce Health Cloud architecture and implementation expertise.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with ERP, EHR, HRMS, labs and billing system integrations.
- Deep understanding of HIPAA and healthcare data privacy regulations.
- Technical discovery, solution design and stakeholder management experience.
- Strong governance, deployment and architecture review capabilities.
- Experience leading technical teams and enterprise healthcare transformation projects.
Good to have skills:
- Knowledge of claims management within Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Salesforce certifications related to Health Cloud and Solution Architecture.
- Experience working with international healthcare clients.
- Familiarity with AppExchange healthcare solutions and accelerators.
- Exposure to cloud integration tools and middleware platforms.
- Experience in Agile and enterprise delivery environments.
