🚀 We’re Hiring: SailPoint IdentityIQ Professionals

📍 Location: Gurgaon

💼 Experience: 8 Yrs

We are looking for experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ professionals who specialize in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in SailPoint IIQ, IdentityNow (IDN), or Identity Security Cloud (ISC) who can design, implement, and support enterprise identity security solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design, architect, configure, and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions

• Work on Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) implementations

• Configure virtual appliances (VA), identity profiles, and cloud rules

• Develop Java Beanshell scripts, custom rules, workflows, and JML

• Implement transformations, migrations, and deployments

• Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, HRMS, SAP, Workday, Azure O365, JDBC, and cloud applications

• Configure access request workflows, certifications, custom reports, and auditing

• Customize Quicklink, User LCM, forms, and workflows

• Troubleshoot SailPoint integrations and resolve technical issues

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution delivery and enhancements

🔹 Required Skills

✔ 3+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud

✔ Strong expertise in SailPoint integrations and identity lifecycle management

✔ Experience with SailPoint APIs / REST APIs

✔ Hands-on experience in certification, user provisioning, access request workflows, and auditing

✔ Strong knowledge of Java / J2EE development

✔ Experience integrating SailPoint with enterprise applications and cloud systems

✔ Ability to understand and translate business and security requirements into technical solutions

🔹 Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise identity governance frameworks

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in Agile environments
