Technical Architect – PowerWriter & Majesco We are seeking a senior Technical Architect with deep expertise in PowerWriter (primary skill) and Majesco Policy to lead architecture and solution design for enterprise-scale P&C insurance underwriting and policy administration initiatives.
The role will be responsible for owning end-to-end technical architecture, translating underwriting and business requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions, and guiding teams across PowerWriter and Majesco implementations.
The architect will drive design decisions across policy lifecycle transactions, rating, underwriting rules, integrations, data flows, and non-functional requirements such as performance and stability, while defining architecture standards and best practices.
This role requires strong P&C domain knowledge, hands-on platform expertise, and the ability to collaborate closely with business leaders, delivery teams, and vendors to ensure high-quality releases, production readiness, and sustainable long-term platform evolution.
