We are seeking a Full-Stack Technical Architect with strong backend expertise and working knowledge of a modern JavaScript framework (Angular or React). You will drive end-to-end architecture decisions, guide engineering teams, and ensure scalable, secure, and high- performance system design. This role involves modern cloud-native architectures, backend engineering excellence, and seamless integration of frontend frameworks.
Key Responsibilities :
- **Architectural Leadership:** Design end-to-end software architecture with a strong focus on backend systems using .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, C#, and domain-driven architecture principles.
- **Backend Excellence:** Lead the development of scalable microservices, API-driven architectures, event-driven systems, and cloud-native solutions.
- **Full-Stack Oversight:** Provide guidance to frontend teams working with Angular or React to ensure smooth integration with backend services.
- **Cloud Architecture:** Architect and optimize solutions on Azure, leveraging services such as App Services, Functions, Event Hub/Service Bus, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, Cosmos DB, etc.
- **Technology Evaluation:** Identify and recommend tools, patterns, and platforms that improve performance, resilience, and scalability.
- **DevOps & CI/CD:** Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure automated builds, deployments, and high availability.
- **Code & Design Quality:** Conduct design and code reviews, ensuring clean architecture, proper testing, and adherence to coding standards.
- **Team Leadership:** Mentor engineers, support implementation teams, and uphold architectural best practices.
- **Documentation:** Create detailed architecture diagrams and technical documentation using tools like Visio or Draw.io.
**Your Experience**
- 12+ years of overall experience, with 3–5 years in an architect or senior technical leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in backend technologies: .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, C#, microservices, messaging systems.
- Hands-on experience with SQL (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cosmos DB).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud-native design.
- Working knowledge of Angular or React to effectively guide frontend teams.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of design patterns, DDD, CQRS, clean architecture, and N-tier systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Certifications in cloud (Azure/AWS) or architecture.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum or SAFe environments.
- Familiarity with modern DevOps and observability tools.
**Education**
- B.E. / B.Tech / M.C.A. / M.Sc (preferably in Computer Science / IT)
