Budget: Up to 33 LPA Fixed+Joining Bonus (Can Negotiate)
Job Description –
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, Orchestration).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define ITOM strategy, roadmap, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
- Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
- Integrate ITOM with enterprise tools and platforms (CMDB, monitoring, cloud providers).
- Drive automation initiatives and optimize IT operations processes.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM suite (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt).
- Hands-on experience in CMDB design and integrations.
- Proven track record in architecting large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and automation tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred:
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM.
- Experience in leading teams and managing client engagements.
