We are hiring a Technical Architect / BIM Lead for our architecture and interiors practice.
This is not a pure concept-design role.
We are looking for someone who can bring technical clarity, documentation discipline, standards, training systems, quality control, and structured AI-enabled workflows into a growing practice.
You will work directly with the founder to help move the office from repeated founder-led troubleshooting to a stronger technical system.
What this role will own
- Stabilizing ongoing projects and technically auditing live work
- Setting up standards for Revit, AutoCAD, sheets, file naming, folders, revisions, and drawing quality
- Reviewing drawings and technical outputs before founder review
- Building templates, checklists, SOPs, libraries, and reusable project setup systems
- Training and guiding junior architects to work more independently
- Converting repeated technical/software questions into structured learning resources
- Supporting technical allocation of work across the team
- Identifying practical ways to use AI for training, workflow improvement, documentation support, and team productivity
This role is ideal for someone who

- is strong in Revit/AutoCAD/documentation
- can review and improve others’ work
- can train juniors without spoon-feeding
- is comfortable using AI as a productivity and workflow tool within architecture/interiors practice
- wants to help build a stronger studio machine
Preferred profile

B.Arch preferred
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in architecture/interiors documentation and technical delivery
- Strong Revit and AutoCAD capability
- Experience with documentation standards, templates, QA systems, or workflow building
- Experience reviewing team output
- Strong digital file discipline and written communication
- Experience with interiors, renovation, detail-heavy projects, or international/US documentation is a strong plus

We are specifically looking for a technically strong, systems-minded person who can improve delivery quality and team capability.
