Requirements
- At least 15+ years of experience in building multiuser .NET applications, in which a minimum of 3+ year experience as Technical architect
- Demonstrable experience in solving complex business problems, including but not limited to building ERP systems
- Hands on expertise in C#, ASP.NET & .NET CORE, MVC, JavaScript, Web API, Entity Framework, Dapper, with a track record of delivering complex, high-quality solutions.
- Expertise in Azure services such as: Azure App Service (Web App, API App), Azure API Management, Event Hub, Azure SQL and Cosmos DB, App Insights, Capacity Planning and Cost Analysis
- Experience in creating solid Architecture Documents, perform Failure Mode Effect Analysis, application & database Performance Tuning, establishing best practices on Code Quality & Unit testing.
- Demonstrable experience in using AI platforms effectively to build applications and guide the Tech Lead & team on design > development > deployment using AI.
- Experience in working directly with the customer to demonstrate the application architecture & design and establishing confidence on the proposed solution.
- Ability to mentor team members and develop them into strong technology professionals
- Experience in agentic framework like LLM orchestration, tool-calling, multi-agent coordination patterns, and a good understanding of MAF will be an added advantage.
- Experience supporting on Presales – solutions & estimations is good to have.
- DevOps experience is desirable; willingness to learn and contribute is expected if not already experienced.
- Strong experience in designing robust, scalable and high performing database objects for SaaS applications, and migrating legacy data into the new model
