piBits AI Solutions is a Noida-based AI company building proprietary Claude-powered products and custom enterprise AI applications. Our three products — Altern8 AI (private enterprise AI intranet), Connect8 (regulatory intelligence platform), and UTE — Unified Theory Engine (advanced reasoning AI) — serve regulated industries including BFSI, healthcare, legal, and manufacturing.
We build on Anthropic Claude and are working toward official Anthropic Claude Partner Network status. This is an early-stage company — you will be one of the first technical hires and will have significant influence over the architecture, culture, and direction of what we build.

THE ROLE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
We are looking for a Technical Architect who lives at the intersection of AI engineering and enterprise system design. You will be the technical lead across all three products and own the architecture for client Claude deployments. You will work directly with the Founder & CEO and have end-to-end ownership of technical decisions.
This is not a pure research role or a pure delivery role. You will design systems, write code, review client requirements, guide a small engineering team, and represent technical credibility in client conversations. You need to be comfortable going from architecture whiteboard to pull request in the same day.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
→ Design and own the technical architecture for Altern8 AI, Connect8, and UTE
→ Lead Claude API integration — prompt engineering, tool use, agentic workflows, multi-turn conversation design
→ Build and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers connecting Claude to client databases, CRMs, ERPs, and internal systems
→ Architect on-premise and private cloud deployments for regulated enterprise clients (DPDP, RBI, SEBI compliance requirements)
→ Design RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for document intelligence across all three products
→ Lead technical scoping for client projects — translate business requirements into architecture proposals and effort estimates
→ Define engineering standards, code review processes, and deployment practices for the team
→ Evaluate and select infrastructure: vector databases, embedding models, orchestration frameworks, hosting options
→ Work with the Founder on technical pre-sales — present architecture to CISOs, CTOs, and enterprise procurement teams
→ Mentor junior engineers and Claude developers on the team
→ Prepare for and pursue Claude Certified Architect (CCA) certification with Anthropic

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✦ 6+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in AI/ML system design
✦ Hands-on production experience with LLM APIs — Anthropic Claude strongly preferred, OpenAI or Gemini acceptable
✦ Strong Python — you write clean, production-grade Python, not just notebooks
✦ Experience building RAG systems: chunking strategies, vector stores (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, pgvector), embedding pipelines
✦ Experience designing agentic AI systems — tool use, function calling, multi-step reasoning, memory patterns
✦ API design and backend architecture (REST, FastAPI, or similar)
✦ Cloud deployment — AWS, GCP, or Azure — including containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
✦ Understanding of enterprise security requirements: data residency, encryption at rest and in transit, RBAC, audit logging
✦ Strong written and verbal communication — you can explain architecture to a CISO who has never used an LLM

NICE TO HAVE

◎ Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) server development

◎ Experience in BFSI, healthcare, legal, or manufacturing verticals
◎ Claude Certified Architect (CCA) certification
◎ Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks
◎ Frontend experience (React or similar) — enough to prototype product UIs

WHAT YOU WILL GET

We have cleared the first stage of the Anthropic $100M Partnership Program that is going to be a mega launch in June. With that we get marketing, training and customer referral support. We are falling short of the required members for the 2nd and last stage. Few pointers I have before you response
1. This partnership requires clearing 4 courses in Claude that are a bit technical but with your sense you can clear it easily
3. Post that there is a technical exam that you have to take based on these courses so you have to be adept with the concepts because there will be MCQs of about 2 hrs. There is also a cost of this course $99 that you should be willing to take and you will be a Claude Certified Architect
4. Post this evaluation we will confirmed partners of Anthropic and there is a mega launch of their partner program where they support via a $100 M fund for marketing, training and customer referrals. So we will starting our work in june. Are you available to come full time on this post that
5. I will be giving you ESOPs from the 1st Day for you coming on board and taking the certification (the current verified valuation of the company is 3 Cr and post partnership it will be become 9 Cr) and you may have work around 3 months without salary and once the revenue kicks in because of the partnership we will obviously start having salary compensation also.
