Position: Technical Architect (CPQ / OSS-BSS)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to join our team in Pune on a contract basis. This role involves driving the design, integration, and delivery of complex enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with CPQ and OSS/BSS systems and a proven ability to define integration patterns and interface specifications in B2B environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement CPQ solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Lead architecture and integration efforts for OSS/BSS systems.
- Create detailed interface specifications, data flow diagrams, and integration documentation.
- Define and enforce integration patterns and best practices across multiple systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and QA, to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and developers.
- Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance architecture, efficiency, and scalability.
- Support pre-sales and RFP efforts with technical insights and solution design.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong expertise in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions.
- Hands-on experience with OSS/BSS systems and related integrations.
- Proven ability to create interface specifications and understand complex integration patterns.
- Experience in B2B environments is a plus.
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in technical architecture, solution design, or related roles.
- Experience with enterprise-level integrations, APIs, and middleware solutions.
