Job Description :
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification (Good To have)
• 8+ years of experience in IT service management and enterprise architecture
• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and customizing ServiceNow solutions
• Experience with WSD and HSE modules desirable.
• Proven experience architecting complex, multi-instance ServiceNow environments
• Demonstrated experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations with
complex integration requirements. Strong understanding of web services, REST/SOAP
APIs, and middleware technologies.
• Proven track record managing technical delivery on multiple concurrent projects, with
experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management frameworks.
• Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, limitations, and best
practices
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to interact with all levels in the
organization
• Comfortable with constantly evolving and changing priorities, enjoys new challenges
• Experience with business analysis or functional real estate knowledge in a professional
services industry a plus
