Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Apprentice, located in Tijara. The Technical Apprentice will assist in manufacturing operations, including process monitoring, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting. They will be involved in learning advanced engineering practices, safety protocols, and quality assurance measures. The role will also require the apprentice to participate in cross-functional team activities and contribute towards process improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Basic technical skills in mechanical systems and manufacturing processes
- Understanding of quality assurance and safety standards in manufacturing
- Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical thinking
- Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving industrial practices
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
- Prior knowledge of advanced manufacturing techniques is an advantage
