Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure, with a focus on high-value clients and complex solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities in existing and untapped markets.
  • Develop deep understanding of customer requirements and industry trends to offer tailored technical solutions.
  • Prepare and present compelling technical proposals, pricing strategies, and sales pitches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and product teams to drive customer satisfaction and innovation.
  • Lead technical negotiations and close contracts in line with company policies.
  • Generate accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM systems for pipeline visibility.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members to enhance team performance.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and technical conferences.

Education Qualification

  • B. Tech / B.E. - Mechanical, Production / Industrial Engineer.
  • With minimum of 4 years industrial sales experience.
  • Good knowledge of fasteners industry along with a familiarity with the market environment is preferred.
  • Product knowledge and Industry experience, Strong oral and written communication skills, Motivational skills, Results-oriented.
