Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure, with a focus on high-value clients and complex solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities in existing and untapped markets.
- Develop deep understanding of customer requirements and industry trends to offer tailored technical solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling technical proposals, pricing strategies, and sales pitches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and product teams to drive customer satisfaction and innovation.
- Lead technical negotiations and close contracts in line with company policies.
- Generate accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM systems for pipeline visibility.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members to enhance team performance.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and technical conferences.
Education Qualification
- B. Tech / B.E. - Mechanical, Production / Industrial Engineer.
- With minimum of 4 years industrial sales experience.
- Good knowledge of fasteners industry along with a familiarity with the market environment is preferred.
- Product knowledge and Industry experience, Strong oral and written communication skills, Motivational skills, Results-oriented.
