Title: Developer Technical Analyst Veeva QMS Systems (Veeva)
Total Experience: 6-8 years

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled DeveloperTechnical Analyst with indepth expertise in Veeva Quality Management Systems QMS specifically focusing on GxP Quality Document Management Quality Records Management and Learning Management processes The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting configuring and optimising Veeva QMS solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to drive quality excellence within the organisation
Key Responsibilities
· Design configure and maintain Veeva QMS modules including Quality Document Management Quality Records Management and Learning Management Systems ensuring alignment with GxP compliance requirements
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Veeva QMS platform
· Develop and execute system customisations workflows and reports to support quality and compliance processes
· Configure Vault QMS objects lifecycles workflows security page layouts and picklists
· Build Vault SDK Java components triggers custom logic and formulavalidation rules for process automation
· Design and implement QMS process flows Deviations Investigations CAPA Effectiveness Checks Change Control Complaints Nonconformance Audits
· Develop integrations using Vault REST APIs collaborate with middleware teams eg MuleSoftBoomi and integrate with ERPLIMSMESLMS
· Execute data migration using Vault Loader and support reconciliations error handling and cutover
· Manage configuration promotion across DevTestUATProd maintain change logs and release notes
· Partner with QA IT and Business to translate requirements into config specs and solution designs
· Support CSV activities requirements risk assessment test scripts RTM IQOQPQ evidence
· Provide UAT support triage defects and ensure regression readiness for Vault releases
· Produce documentation Configuration Design Docs SOPsWIs User Guides and training materials
· Contribute to Agile ceremonies backlog grooming sprint planning demos and continuous improvement
· Conduct system testing validation and documentation in accordance with GxP and regulatory standards
· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Veeva QMSrelated issues ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations
· Support enduser training and assist in the development of training materials related to the Veeva QMS platform
· Participate in periodic system upgrades and enhancements ensuring all changes are properly documented and validated
· Work closely with IT Quality Assurance and Compliance teams to ensure the system meets both technical and regulatory expectations
Required Qualifications and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science information technology engineering or a related field
· 5 years hands on in Veeva Vault QMS config workflows
· Strong knowledge of Vault platform objects relationships lifecycles workflows security formulas
· Experience with Vault SDK Java for triggerscustom logic OR strong intent to ramp quickly with Java basics
· Understanding of core QMS processes Deviations CAPA Change Control Complaints Audits
· Working knowledge of GxP 21 CFR Part 11 EU Annex 11 and Data Integrity ALCOA
· Exposure to CSV practices requirements test evidence traceability and change impact assessment
· Experience with Vault Loader for data migration and VPKbased deployments
· Fundamentals of APIsJSONREST and integration patterns
· Excellent communication documentation and stakeholder collaboration skills Familiarity with validation and documentation practices as per regulatory requirements eg FDA 21 CFR Part 11 EU Annex 11
· Proficiency in analysing business processes and translating them into technical requirements and solutions
· Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
· Experience with enduser training and change management is a plus
· Preferred Skills
· Certifications in Veeva Vault or other Veeva platforms
· Understanding of pharmabiotech industry quality and compliance frameworks
· Knowledge of integration between Veeva QMS and other enterprise systems eg ERP LIMS
· Strong project management and documentation skills
