Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Technical Analyst. The Technical Analyst will evaluate technical solutions by conducting detailed analysis of business requirements and systems. Responsibilities include providing ongoing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless functionality of systems. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, identifying areas for system improvement, and making recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Technical Analysis and Troubleshooting skills to review and resolve system-level issues efficiently
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate complex systems and identify opportunities for improvement
- Experience in providing Technical Support, including resolving user and system challenges promptly
- Excellent Communication abilities to collaborate with teams and articulate technical concepts clearly
- Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address challenges effectively
- A Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related domain
- Familiarity with investment operations or venture capital is a plus
