About Habot Connect FZCO
Habot Connect FZCO is a Dubai-based, bootstrapped, 100% remote digital platform connecting parents with Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) for children with learning difficulties. We operate on a high-accountability, performance-driven culture that prioritizes quality and data clarity over speed.
At the core of our tech ecosystem is our Deconstruction and Data Flow (DCDF) framework. We systematically break down complex operational requirements, extract raw business processes, and translate them into strict, single-line atomic actions and automated logic flows. Using GCP and automated pipelines, we architect structured data through data lineage. Joining our team of 50 employees means collaborating in a fast-paced environment with strong leadership support for those who take full ownership.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical Technical Analyst to serve as the critical translation layer between our business requirements and our software engineering team. Unlike traditional business analysts who focus on high-level user stories, this role requires deep logical precision to convert operational workflows into strict, jargon-free pseudocode blueprints.
Your primary objective is to deconstruct complex processes into single-line atomic actions, define binary validation gates, and purge all subjective, human-centric variables from the system design. You will ensure that developers have an unambiguous, mathematically sound logic map before a single line of backend code is written.
A Day in the Life
You will spend your day taking complex operational workflows and deconstructing them into single-line atomic actions. Alongside attending daily meetings and assisting your Team Leader, you’ll meet with stakeholders to extract precise requirements. You will then translate these rules into strict IF/THEN/ELSE pseudocode blueprints, scrub human-centric language from system documentation, and provide software engineers with unambiguous input/output data contracts.
Primary Responsibilities
- Business-to-Logic Translation: Translate complex business requirements and systemic rules into explicit, structured pseudocode blueprints that software engineers can implement directly.
- Atomic Deconstruction: Break down compound business tasks into separate, singular data movement actions, strictly preventing overlapping logic.
- Rule Blueprinting: Formulate strict binary (Yes/No) compliance gates, explicit mathematical transformation formulas, and automated rollback protocols for failed transactions.
- Terminology Sanitization: Scrub all subjective, human-centric workflow language from system requirements, replacing them with objective system behaviors and strict data contracts.
- Logic Boundary Enforcement: Assemble specification templates using strict line-limit constraints to guarantee logic remains granular, modular, and easy to automate.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership Support: Assist the Team Leader with operational priorities, actively participate in daily stand-up meetings, and consult directly with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, clarify, and refine technical requirements.
- Data Flow & Lineage Tracing: Map out data movement across systems to ensure complete logical consistency, identifying potential data bottlenecks or error states before development begins.
Core Competencies
Technical Skills & Tools
- Google Workspace Proficiency: Skilled in Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive for drafting specifications, mapping data structures, organizing documentation, and collaborating asynchronously.
- Data Analysis & "Data Sense": Ability to analyze datasets, understand data structures/lineage, and make logical inferences based on how data moves through a system.
- Pseudocode & Logic Formulation: Proven ability to write clear, objective, and jargon-free logic sequences (IF/THEN/ELSE) that translate directly to backend software development.
- Documentation & Technical Specification Writing: Proficient in converting vague business processes into clear, exact technical documentation, systems behavior guidelines, strict input/output data contracts, API requirements, and automated protocols for handling errors to eliminate ambiguity.
- Process Atomization: Ability to relentlessly deconstruct processes down to their absolute smallest reusable components without losing systemic context.
- Data Analysis & Interpretation: Strong ability to "know the data"—analyzing raw datasets, understanding data lineage, and defining exact data structures for system architecture.
- Systems & Boolean Thinking: Deep understanding of binary logic gates, mathematical validation, state-change triggers, and data flow modeling.
Soft Skills
- Relentless Precision & Analytical Thinking: Meticulous attention to detail, actively identifying and eliminating ambiguity or subjective language in specifications while maintaining a strong analytical mindset.
- Autonomous Ownership: Thriving in a high-accountability, remote environment where performance and analytical clarity are paramount.
- Structured Communication: Ability to articulate technical architectures and rule frameworks to engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders with zero misinterpretation.
Onboarding & Success Path
Selected candidates must successfully complete a mandatory structured onboarding and training program. Engagement and progress during onboarding are closely monitored and form part of the probation evaluation. Failure to complete required training or demonstrate sufficient involvement may result in the offer being withdrawn.
What This Role Is NOT
- This is NOT a creative or UX/UI design role.
- This is NOT a traditional Agile Product Owner or Scrum Master position focused on high-level user stories or sprint ceremonies.
- This is NOT a client-facing sales, account management, or customer support role.
- This is NOT a role for hands-on software development; you build the logic blueprints and rules for the backend engineering team to execute.
Application Process
Interested candidates are invited to apply for this exciting opportunity. As part of our evaluation process, you will be required to complete a short Hiring Project simulating the analytical tasks of this role.
