About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Product Manager to work closely with the engineering, operations, and leadership teams at ZiffyHealth.
The role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between healthcare operations and technology execution — ensuring smooth coordination of product tasks, technical documentation, vendor follow-ups, integrations, testing workflows, deployment coordination, and day-to-day tech administration.
This is not a pure coding role. The focus is on product coordination, execution management, documentation, workflow management, and supporting rapid healthcare technology deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between engineering, operations, vendors, and leadership teams
- Track product development timelines, sprint activities, and delivery milestones
- Assist in managing healthcare technology deployments and integrations
- Prepare and maintain product documentation, SOPs, workflow diagrams, and requirement notes
- Coordinate testing, bug tracking, QA follow-ups, and deployment readiness
- Support implementation of telemedicine, IoT device, diagnostics, and healthcare workflow integrations
- Manage CRM, dashboards, product trackers, and reporting systems
- Assist in onboarding and coordinating with external technology vendors and API partners
- Ensure timely communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support AI, healthcare automation, and digital health operational initiatives
- Help maintain operational discipline across ongoing product and engineering activities
Required Skills
- Strong coordination and project management capabilities
- Understanding of product workflows and software development lifecycle
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineering and business teams
- Good documentation and organizational skills
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Excel, Notion, Trello, Jira, Slack, etc.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Fast learner with strong ownership mindset
Compensation: 15-20K/month
