🌟 We're Hiring: Technical Administrator! 🌟

We are looking for a skilled Technical Administrator to join our team in Alandur, India. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in technical administration, with a strong understanding of IT systems and support processes. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure and supporting our staff's technical needs.

What You'll Do:
 Implementing various developments, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure.
 Planning the team structure, activities, and involvement in project management activities.
 Setting up tools and required infrastructure.
 Troubleshooting techniques and fixing the bugs.
 Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible.
 Incidence management and root cause analysis.
 Managing periodic reporting on the progress to the management
 Ensuring the maintenance of physical servers, virtual servers, operating system / application patching, messaging, backups, and monitoring
 Provides daily operations support and maintenance for enterprise servers
 Performs technical support and administration of enterprise applications
 Manages and maintains Operating System and application patches in compliance with vendor recommendations and security best practices
 Regularly reviews system logs and OS behavior to proactively monitor systems and address issues accordingly
 Creates and maintains technical and detailed design documentation
 Provide technical support to backup errors.
 Provide guidance and technical support to team members for critical server operation and restoration
 Responsible for equipment receiving, placing and inventory controls and asset management process.

What We're Looking For:
 Experience working on Linux based infrastructure, nginx, Apache.
 Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Vault, etc.,
 Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services
 Configuration and managing databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Mongo, Influx DB.
 Managing Veritas NetBackup, configuring the backup, troubleshooting the issue, adding additional media server.
 Installation and configuration of Linux Redhat, CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu, Windows server, and troubleshooting skills.
 command line management of Linux systems and protocols such as DNS, HTTPs, LDAP, SMTP, and SNMP.
 Knowledge in Server hardware and RAID configurations.
 Knowledge in VMWare installation and configurations.
 Working experience in IT operations.
 Continuous learning and implementing advanced technologies.
