We are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate to lead and manage enterprise automation initiatives.
In this role, you will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful delivery, adoption, and optimization of automation solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients using Power Automate solutions
- Drive end-to-end automation lifecycle – from requirement gathering to deployment
- Identify and recommend automation opportunities to improve efficiency and ROI
- Provide technical guidance on Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Ensure governance, security, and compliance standards are maintained
- Monitor automation performance and proactively resolve issues
- Support UAT, production deployment, and hypercare phases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, infra, and support teams
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and status reviews
- Deliver training and documentation for end users and support teams
- Manage license procurement and allocation
- Handle P&L responsibility for assigned projects
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop)
- Good understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI)
- Experience in RPA tools like UiPath is an added advantage
- Knowledge of APIs, connectors, and integrations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile/project-based environments
- Ability to manage client expectations and delivery timelines
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in RPA / Automation
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Power Automate
