ALTMATRIX Engineering Solutions is looking for a Technical Account Manager – Projects to join our growing engineering solutions team.
Role: Technical Account Manager – Projects
📍 Location: Delhi NCR / North India
💼 Experience: 1–3 years
🏢 Industry: 3D Scanning | Reverse Engineering | CAD | Engineering Services
What you’ll do:
- Manage technical customer accounts for 3D scanning and reverse engineering services
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable scanning solutions
- Coordinate 3D scanning, inspection, reverse engineering and CAD projects
- Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Work closely with scanning and engineering teams to deliver projects
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations and project scopes
- Support customers across industries such as automotive, manufacturing, aerospace, engineering and R&D
What we’re looking for:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Automobile or related engineering field
- 1–3 years of experience in 3D scanning, metrology, CAD, reverse engineering or technical sales
- Knowledge of 3D scanners, point clouds, mesh processing and CAD software will be an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and demonstrations
- Commercial awareness with a strong technical mindset
