Key Responsibilities: Work alongside stakeholders to translate evolving business requirements into scalable, practical Salesforce solutions. Deliver robust Salesforce development across the organisation, focusing on improving workflows and supporting long-term scalability. Ensure stable integration between Salesforce and external/internal systems, maintaining data consistency and platform performance. Implement platform monitoring and preventative maintenance processes to support ongoing reliability and security. Contribute to a structured DevOps approach, advocating best practices in release management, automation, and version control. Skills & Experience: Proven experience delivering tailored solutions within Salesforce Sales Cloud, using a mix of declarative tools and custom development. Experience building and managing integrations between Salesforce and external systems, using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware. Solid understanding of platform security, data modelling, and performance optimisation best practices. Familiarity with release automation, version control, and CI/CD workflows within a Salesforce environment. Collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to engage across technical and non-technical teams to shape the direction of platform development.
