We are currently seeking a Process Tech for our Clinton, Tennessee facility. This position will be on 1st shift which is 7:00 A.M. - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday. Pay rate $22/hour and up depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, adjust, and optimize industrial mixing and extrusion equipment parameters
  • Interpret extruder screw profiles and modify to meet quality and productivity requirements 
  • Record process parameters, interpret trends, and apply continuous-improvement methods (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
  • Ensure product meets specifications, conduct inspections, and collaborate with QC and Production teams
  • Address unexpected process changes by identifying root causes and applying corrective actions
  • Follow protocols for health, safety, and environmental standards 
 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Comfortable with industrial control systems (PLC/HMI), data-logging, MS Office
  • Proficient with using measurement tools, reading gauges, and making mechanical adjustments safely.
  • Able to track production parameters (like temperature, pressure, or speed) and make real-time decisions based on trends or out-of-spec data.
  • Strong communication skills
Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate/bachelor's degree in process technology, industrial tech, chemistry, or related field preferred 
  • 5 years of process experience in manufacturing is required.
