We’re Hiring: Tech Lead (AI-Driven Engineering & Delivery)
We’re looking for a Tech Lead who can own execution end-to-end, lead teams, and most importantly — use AI to multiply engineering output without scaling team size linearly.
🎯 What you’ll own:
● Lead end-to-end planning, architecture, and delivery of software projects
● Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
● Drive execution across backend, frontend, cloud, and IoT/edge systems
● Collaborate across product, QA, DevOps, and on-ground deployment teams
● Ensure timely, high-quality releases with strong engineering discipline
🤖 Core Mandate (Non-Negotiable)
● Implement and drive AI-powered SDLC
○ AI-assisted coding, testing, debugging
○ Faster documentation, reusable components
○ Automation of repetitive engineering tasks
● Build systems and processes to 👉 achieve 2–3x developer productivity with lean teams
⚙️
Technical Expectations:
● Strong hands-on experience in:
○ Backend: Node.js / Python (Java also relevant)
○ Frontend: React / Angular / Flutter
● Solid understanding of:
○ APIs, microservices, system design
○ Databases: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
○ Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP
● Experience with:
○ DevOps: Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
○ Real-time / event-driven systems (IoT exposure is a big plus)
📊 Delivery & Leadership:
● Own sprint planning, execution, and delivery timelines
● Run Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
● Manage prioritization, resource allocation, and dependencies
● Track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure visibility to stakeholders
● Mentor and scale a high-performance, ownership-driven team
🧠 What we value:

● Continuous learning — especially in AI and modern dev workflows
👤 Ideal Profile:
● 6–10+ years in software development
● 2–4+ years leading teams / projects
● Experience in SaaS / platform / IoT environments preferred
