About the role

As a Rendering Programmer at Techland, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced rendering techniques to create stunning visuals for our games. You will work closely with the art and graphics teams to optimize performance and ensure a seamless player experience. Responsibilities: - Develop and optimize rendering algorithms and shaders to achieve high visual fidelity and performance - Implement advanced rendering techniques such as real-time global illumination, physically-based rendering, and post-processing effects - Collaborate with the art and graphics teams to integrate new rendering features and address technical challenges - Optimize and fine-tune rendering pipelines to ensure smooth performance across a variety of hardware configurations - Contribute to the overall technical direction and innovation of the rendering system Requirements: - Strong programming skills in C++, with a good understanding of modern graphics APIs (DirectX, Vulkan, or OpenGL) - Extensive experience in real-time 3D rendering, with a deep understanding of rendering algorithms and shader programming - Familiarity with game engines like Unreal Engine or Unity, and the ability to integrate rendering features into the engine - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment - Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Passion for video games and a desire to push the boundaries of visual fidelity
