Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Technical Trainers located in Hyderabad, serving the Andhra Pradesh operating from Vijayawada and other vacancy in Telangana except Hyderabad, operating from Warangal. The Technical Trainers will be responsible for conducting training sessions, designing and updating training materials, and delivering hands-on technical trainings. They will assess the training needs of employees or partners, monitor progress, and provide feedback to improve skills and technical competence in line with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Experience in conducting assessments and offering constructive feedback to trainees
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with training software or platforms
- Ability to adapt training methods to suit varying learning styles and environments
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Training
- Experience in technical training
