Role Description
This is a Full-time on-site role for a Technical Educational Counselor, located in the Pune Division. The role involves advising prospective students on available IT training programs, offering guidance on educational and career development paths, and understanding individual needs to recommend suitable courses. The Counselor will collaborate with the training team, assist with program enrollment processes, and provide continuous support throughout the student’s learning journey.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
- Strong skills in Career Counseling with a clear understanding of IT career pathways
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the education, training, or EdTech industry is an advantage
- Basic understanding of IT domains such as programming, cloud, data, or software development is preferred
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team to achieve organizational goals
